This fly in is our home show venue so we were able to take lots of products and set up the BIG booth with the Maule in static display, 2 motorcycles, 4 tables, and 2 canopies. This 3 day fly-in begins on Friday but we were set up and ready for business by mid day Thursday. The weather was looking good on Weds. but a stubborn low pressure system in Southern Florida moved slowly up the coast bringing lots of rain and low ceilings throughout the state. Many of those attending the Thomasville Fly-In come from middle Florida. By Friday it was obvious the weather was going to put a dent in the the fly in but that is the way things are with outdoor events. The wind blew hard for the whole event but it didn't rain! Plenty of folks still came to marvel at the aircraft on display and enjoy being at the airport. All in all the Thomasville Fly In was a success and we look forward to being there next year.
